Team celebrates Chinese New Year

COMPASS Group’s Medirest team at Middlemore Hospital celebrated Chinese New Year with wonderful food, lots of colour and heaps of fun. Everyone in the team helped cook the delicious food, including making ‘secret family’ recipes for dumpling fillings. “Our team loves to do things together and we share a lot through food and celebration of our many diverse cultures,” says Food Services Manager Karen Reynecke. “We even had some people volunteering their time to come in and ‘show everyone how to cook’! We also invited some of the hospital team to join us to acknowledge this special time of year – everyone had a great time.”
